1.1. Return and exchange support cases

sambien.vn supports returning products purchased online via: sambien.vn page, sambien.vn mobile application or ordering holine: 0889787878 as follows:

• Product is defective from the manufacturer
• The product is damaged or broken during transportation
• The delivered product is incorrect or insufficient with the order placed and meets 2 conditions:

1. The returned product is unused and has its original packaging intact, such as stamps, stickers, boxes, barcodes, warranty cards (if any), coupons or accompanying gifts (if any).
2. Products are returned with receipt, invoice or VAT receipt (if any).

In the above cases, sambien.vn supports customers to exchange correct and intact products, supplement missing products or return products and receive a refund according to section 3. Refund policy.

1.2. Cases where return and exchange are not supported

The return policy does not apply to the following cases:

• Return or refund requests are based on personal feelings/dissatisfaction/change of purchasing decision.
• Orders using Vouchers or Gift Vouchers (gift vouchers)
• The products only differ in packaging and exterior design according to the manufacturer's batch without any change in ingredients or quality.
• Products included in the program are not returnable.
